CURL errors are usually from networking issues. Can either be from the server host or from your own Internet connection/pc, not from FiveM/FXServer directly.
To troubleshoot this issue, you can start by checking if you are able to connect to other servers (such as our test server). If you can, the issue is likely with the server you are trying to connect to. In this case, you should contact the server owner and ask if they can assist you.
However, if you are unable to connect to other servers as well, the issue may be on your end. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:
- Disable your antivirus: Sometimes, even if your antivirus software is disabled, its web filters may still be active. Ensure that these web filters are also disabled.
- Disable any VPN you may be using: Certain corporate or school networks may filter traffic, and this could be the reason for the issue. Try disconnecting from these networks or disabling your VPN.
- Allow FiveM through your firewall: Connections to FiveM services may be blocked by your firewall. You should either allow FiveM through your firewall or disable your firewall.
- Use a VPN such as Cloudflare Warp: VPNs may bypass filters put in place by ISPs, which can help resolve certain CURL issues.
