Answer: The offer for one month of free server hosting is only available for the Argentum, Aurum, and Platinum tiers of Element Club subscriptions.
If you are subscribed to one of those tiers, try the following steps to resolve your issue:
- Temporarily disable pop-up or ad blockers
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Log out of and back in to the Cfx Portal
- Verify you are signed in and have an active subscription
- Check your claimed offers (if possible) to ensure you have not already claimed the offer
