Question: How do I cancel my Element Club subscription?
Answer: You can cancel your Element Club subscription at any time through Portal. After canceling, your benefits will remain active until the subscription ends.
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
- Visit the Portal Subscriptions page
- Under the subscription tier you subscribed to, select Cancel
- The subscription tier you are subscribed to will be outlined in red and will say Current Tier above it
- Select Yes
- Select Continue to finalize your subscription cancellation
Note: You can re-subscribe at any time by following the instructions above up to Step 3, in which you will have the option to select Re-subscribe. Upon selecting Re-subscribe, you will receive a login email from Tebex, our payment processor, to access your payment settings and enable your subscription again.
