How to decline an incoming asset transfer on Portal

Question: Someone is attempting to transfer me an asset I don’t want. How do I stop the transfer?

Answer: You can decline an asset transfer by following the steps below:

1. Visit the Portal Pending Transfers page
   • https://portal.cfx.re/assets/transfers
2. Select Decline on the asset transfer you wish to decline
3. In the new window, select Yes, Decline

Note: You can only transfer assets once and only within 28 days of purchasing an asset or claiming a free asset. Once assets are transferred, the change cannot be reversed.
