Question: How do I accept an incoming asset transfer request on the Cfx Portal?
Answer: To accept an incoming asset transfer, use the following steps:
- Navigate to the Cfx Portal Asset transfer page
- Select Pending Transfers
- Select the Accept button next to the asset request
Important: If you receive a warning stating you may lose access to this asset, it means that the user who is trying to transfer the asset to you may still be eligible for a refund from the original seller. If they request and receive a refund, this will remove the granted asset from your account without the possibility of appeal.
You will not receive this warning message on asset grants older than 14 days, as these can no longer be refunded by the original seller.
Note: You can only transfer assets once and only within 28 days of purchasing an asset or claiming a free asset. Once assets are transferred, the change cannot be reversed.
