How to transfer assets on Portal

Question: How do I transfer my assets?

Answer: You can transfer assets you own to other users by doing the following:

1. Open the Portal Granted Assets page

   • https://portal.cfx.re/assets/granted-assets

2. Select the asset you want to transfer, then select Transfer 

3. Type the username of the user you want to transfer the asset to, and select Transfer

   • This will send you a confirmation email

4. In the confirmation email, to officially transfer your asset, select Confirm transfer request 

Note: You can only transfer assets once and only within 28 days of purchasing an asset or claiming a free asset. Once assets are transferred, the change cannot be reversed.
