Question: I keep getting the following warning when receiving an asset from another user. How do I fix this?
- Warning: The asset you’re about to receive has been purchased less than 14 days ago. You may lose access to it.
Answer: This warning means the user that is granting the asset to you may still be eligible for a refund for the assets by the original seller. If that refund occurs, then you will lose access to the assets.
This error will not appear for assets that are no longer eligible for refund by the seller.
If you have any concerns, wait until the refund period expires and then accept the asset. Any asset refunded by the seller is automatically removed, and appeals are not possible.
