Question: How do I use filters to narrow down the community-created servers displayed in the FiveM and RedM server browser?
Answer: You can use the Capacity, Server Access, Languages, and Tags sections within the FILTER dropdown menu to narrow down and tailor your server list by server availability, access requirements, language or locale, and game type.
To tailor your server list:
- Open FiveM / RedM
- Select Browse Servers
- Select FILTER
- Select the options that match the type of server you want to find
- Capacity uses Hide Full to hide servers that have reached their current player limit and Hide Empty to hide servers that have no players
- Server Access toggles displaying Allowlisted servers: servers whose access requires permission from their owner or owner’s team
- Languages tailor the list to the language used in the server
- Tags tailor the list toward game type and tone: Roleplay, Racing, Freeroam, Serious, etc.
- Review the updated server list
You can use the sorting menu next to the FILTER button to order the remaining results by UPVOTE! Power, Name, or Players.
Note: Sorting changes the order of the results but does not guarantee the type or quality of experience offered by a server.
