Refunding Cfx Marketplace purchases

Question: How can I refund a Cfx Marketplace purchase?

Answer: You can refund individual transactions in the Tebex Control Panel using the following steps:

1. Go to Payments
2. Locate the transaction
3. Click Refund

Note: Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on the method.
