Question: How do I block certain users from purchasing my assets?
Answer: You can block specific customers from making purchases on your Cfx Marketplace store using the Customer Bans option in the Tebex Control Panel.
You can block customers in two ways:
- Username Ban: Blocks a user from your Cfx Marketplace assets based on their Cfx account username
- IP Address Ban: Blocks a user or users from purchasing your Cfx Marketplace assets via specific Internet Protocol (IP) address
