Question: How do I apply coupon codes in Portal?
Answer: You can apply coupon codes by doing the following:
- Visit the Portal Subscriptions page
- Select Element Club, Upvotes, or Upvotes Pro depending on what you wish to purchase
- Select Subscribe, Subscribe & Purchase, or Purchase on the service you wish to purchase
- Locate the Coupon/Gift Card field toward the bottom left of the Checkout window
- The Coupon/Gift Card field will only appear if there is an active coupon code campaign
- Enter your coupon code and press Confirm
- If the coupon code is valid, you will see the corresponding discount applied to your order
- Enter your payment details
- Select Pay
- Select Continue
- Select Continue again
