Lost Two-Factor Authentication for Cfx account

Question: How do I recover my Cfx account if I’ve lost my Two-Factor Authentication method?

Answer: You can recover your account by using the generated backup codes you created at the time of setting up your Two-Factor Authentication.

You can use your backup codes by doing the following:

  1. On the log in page, select Log in using a backup code
  2. Enter any one of the 10 backup codes you have
    • Delete the used code afterward as it will no longer work

You should now be able to log in as normal.
