Question: I want to request my personal information associated with my Cfx account. How do I do this?
Answer: To request your personal information, follow the steps below:
- Visit the Cfx Account Preferences page and log into your account, if you are not already logged in
- Under Export your data, select Request archive
- Select Yes
You will receive a message confirming that your archive request has been received.
You should receive a private message on the forums within the next few hours with your personal information archive as a .zip file. Download this file to access your personal information.
Note: The download link to your .zip file containing your personal information will only be valid for 48 hours. Once this time passes, you will have to request another archive if you wish to see your personal information.
Important:
- This will not impact your Rockstar Games account, only your Cfx account
- FiveM/RedM does not control the servers that you decide to join. Data collected by the servers you played will not form part of this request
