Question: I want to delete my Cfx account. How do I do this?
Answer: To delete your Cfx account, you will need to submit a request to our support team. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Visit the Cfx Account Deletion Request Submission form
- Fill out the rest of the form with your information
- The email address you list under Your email address must be the same email address used on the Cfx account you wish to delete
- Select Submit
A copy of your request will be sent to your submitted email address, and a member of our support team will handle your account deletion request. Requests may take up to 30 days to complete.
Important:
- This will not impact your Rockstar Games account, only your Cfx account
- Deleting your Cfx account will result in the irreversible deletion of all your data and purchases associated with this account
- Your public posts and topics on our forums will remain, but your username will be anonymized, and your profile will be deleted
- FiveM/RedM does not control the servers that you decide to join. Data collected by the servers you played on cannot be deleted by FiveM/RedM
- Any active subscriptions will be immediately canceled; no refunds are available for canceled subscriptions. Once your account has been deleted, you will lose access to the perks from any active subscriptions you have in Cfx Portal
- You will lose access to all Cfx services requiring you to use an account
