How to Request Cfx.re Account Deletion

To request a Cfx.re account deletion, you will need to submit a request to our support team. This can be done in a couple of short steps.

Below are the detailed steps on how to request a Cfx.re account deletion:

  1. Click here to go to directly to our account support ticket submission form. This link will pre-select I need help with my account form and I want to delete my account issue field. You can skip to step 2.

    a) Alternatively, you may click on Submit a request in the top right corner of this page.
    If you are visiting us from a mobile device, you might see a ≡ button instead. Clicking on it will show you the options available. Once you are in the ticket submission form page, make sure the I need help with my account option in the first field is selected.

    b) In Select an issue, please select I want to delete my account:
  2. Fill in the e-mail address as requested. Please use the same e-mail address as the one being used on the account you wish to delete.
  3. Fill in the rest of the information and add any comments you may think are helpful.
  4. Click Submit! A copy of your request will be sent to your e-mail address and a member of our support team will handle your account deletion request.

Important:

  • This will not impact your Rockstar Games account, only your Cfx.re account.
  • Deleting your Cfx.re account will result in the irreversible deletion of all your data and purchases associated with this account.
  • Your public posts and topics on our forums will remain, but your username will be anonymized, and your profile will be deleted.
  • FiveM/RedM does not control the servers that you decide to join. Data collected by the servers you played on cannot be deleted by FiveM/RedM.
  • Any active subscriptions will be immediately cancelled; no refunds are available for cancelled subscriptions . Once your account has been deleted, you will lose access to the perks from any active subscriptions you have in Portal.
  • You will lose access to all Cfx.re services requiring you to use an account.

Requests may take up to 30 days to complete.
