If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your current subscription tier, you can do so directly from Portal Subscription page.

If you update to a higher tier (e.g. from Argentum to Aurum), you will need to pay the difference, and your benefits will update immediately.

If you are downgrading your subscription tier (e.g. from Platinum to Argentum), it will take effect the day of your subscription renewing and you will retain the benefits offered from the higher subscription tier until your next renewal date.

Upgrading your subscription tier

Here are detailed steps on how to proceed to upgrade your subscription:

1. Navigate to the Cfx.re Portal homepage.

2. Click Subscriptions on the top menu.
   
   

3. Press Select on the tier you wish to upgrade your subscription to. A confirmation modal will open, asking you to confirm the upgrade.
   
   

4. Press Upgrade if you wish to proceed. You will be immediately charged.

5. A confirmation modal will appear, you will receive an email confirming you have upgraded your subscription.
   

Downgrading your subscription tier

Here are detailed steps on how to downgrade your subscription 

1. Navigate to the Cfx.re Portal homepage.

2. Click Subscriptions on the top menu.

3. Press Select on the tier you wish to downgrade your subscription to.
   
4. A confirmation modal will open, asking you to confirm the downgrade.
   
   
5. Once confirmed, this modal will appear. Your downgrade will take effect on your subscription renewal date mentioned.
