After uploading a new asset to our Asset Escrow system, you will find up to three different status during processing:
-
Processing
This is the first stage in our Escrow system, which happens after the uploading has been finished. In this stage, your asset is in a queue waiting to be encrypted by our system.
This shouldn’t take more than 2 hours, however during peak times it may take a little longer.
If it is still in this stage after 6 hours, please try re-uploading the asset. If still unsuccessful, please create a ticket.
-
Failed
You may occasionally see this status after your asset has been processed. This means there is a problem with your asset and it couldn’t be encrypted. Typically, it is either due to missing definitions or due to code mistakes. To see more details about why it failed, you can click on the status rectangle:
With this information, you can troubleshoot the problem and fix it on your end. After you’ve done so, you can re-upload the asset and our system will attempt to process it again.
-
Active
This is the final stage of our Escrow system. This means your asset has successfully been encrypted and is now fully ready to be used. Have fun!
